Thank you for shopping with Petal Pantry! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

 

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship within the United States only at this time.

 

  • Free shipping on all orders $50 and over
  • - Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): calculated at checkout for orders under $50

Shipping Carrier

We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

 

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Petal Pantry is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at petalpantry25@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
