We want you to love every purchase from Petal Pantry. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items in their original condition. Due to the nature of our products (paper and handcrafted accessories), items that have been used, cut, or altered cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at petalpantry25@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us at petalpantry25@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right as quickly as possible with a replacement or full refund.
